Stove Yard Cheshire is an authorised Esse Specialist Dealer and as such your new Ease Stove is guaranteed against defects arising from faulty manufacture for 2-Years provided it is installed and serviced by a recognised competent person (eg Hetas or OFTEC installer). The Esse Guarantee does not cover parts deemed to be 'consumables' or service parts replaced in the normal usage of the appliance (eg glass, rope seals, fire grates, fuel retainers and baffles etc).
